From paper to organised

Scan. Sort. Save.

01

Scan your receipt

Use your Android camera or an existing receipt image. Check the extracted items, date, receipt number and printed total.

02

Choose where it belongs

Mark each item Personal or assign it to one of your businesses. Review item prices and sales tax separately.

03

Keep one clear record

Save a CSV for each receipt. Connect Google Sheets or link an Excel workbook to maintain a record across receipts.

Made for everyday paperwork

Small details.
Less work later.

Personal and multiple businesses

Separate family spending from business purchases, item by item, even on a mixed receipt.

Dates and receipt numbers

Keep the purchase date and invoice number with each record. Review possible duplicate receipts before saving.

Tax kept separate

Review item prices, sales tax paid and the printed total. The receipt’s tax is included once and allocated across items.

Your phone. Your computer.

Use connected Google Sheets or a linked Excel file to review records on a computer. Load spreadsheet edits into the app before updating them.

One receipt, one CSV

Each receipt keeps its own CSV on your phone. Changes update that receipt’s record instead of adding a new copy.

A save with a clear finish

A completed save returns to your receipt list. If a spreadsheet update needs attention, its status stays visible so you can retry.
